Location: Harbor Hotel Sand Flats 698 Commercial St, Provincetown
It started with upending the lowly, discarded Christmas trees at the Provincetown “dump” in 1983 (inspiring “Forest Gump”). The IRS, International Re-Rooters Society’s mission is to reconnect and re-root ourselves to the earth body. Purge, chant, sing, burn. 4:00pm Bring something from 2012 to discard + burn (non-toxic). For those far and wide, please email your purgings for the tree/boat. Guests welcome. Jay Critchley, IRS Director
